Mandy Burrows

Mandy joined The Human Edge in January 2025 as Project Manager, bringing significant monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and programme management experience from both the public and charity sector. She works on leadership development and peer mentoring programmes. Prior to joining The Human Edge, Mandy worked for Opportunity International, managing multi-partner programmes in Africa, including a refugee finance programme supporting entrepreneurs and social enterprises in Uganda. Mandy has also worked for Camfed International, conducting M&E on girls’ education in Tanzania and Malawi. Mandy is passionate about mental health and wellbeing and is a qualified wellbeing coach, and currently studying to be a life coach. Outside of work, Mandy enjoys travelling, trips to the theatre, building Lego and boogieing away at Zumba.
