Refund Policy

Overview

Under this refund policy and under the guidance of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your purchase of the course within 14 calendar days, the “cancellation period”, from the date of purchase.  After this period, we will not be able to offer a refund. However, you could postpone your course (see below in section xxx for more details as to how you can do this).  

If you are eligible for a refund and you choose to cancel your purchase with us within this “cancellation period”, you will receive a full refund of the course price within 30 days. We are unable to offer refunds after this cancellation period and if the cancellation is made on the day the course starts.  

All refund requests must be sent to info@humanedge.org.uk, with the course title and ‘refund request’ in the email subject. Please detail your reasons for why you are requesting a refund in the body of the email.   

The Human Edge reserves the right to cancel a course:  

  • If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number required to run the course effectively and provide the desired level of peer learning   
  • In the event of an unforeseen circumstance which renders a training environment unsafe or not in line with our quality standards  

In the event of a cancellation, The Human Edge will confirm your cancellation within 7 working days and arrange for you to either join an alternative and upcoming course or offer you a full refund of the fee paid.  

All refunds are processed back to the original payment method.  

If you need to postpone your participation in one of our courses, you need to send us an email with your postponement request 5 working days before the course starting date. We will not be able to accept course postponement requests within 5 working days of the course start date.    

All course postponement requests must be sent to info@humanedge.org.uk, with the course title and ‘postponement request’ in the email subject. Please detail your reasons for why you are requesting to postpone your participation in the body of the email.   

We will then arrange for you to participate in a future cohort. All fees already paid to The Human Edge will remain with The Human Edge during this time.
