This accreditation is the second award given to Mowgli Mentoring, following their receipt of the European Quality Award (EQA) at Foundation Level in 2016, for their Mentoring Essentials Programme (MEP).

The Mowgli Mentoring Programme was reviewed by a panel of assessors and awarded for its effective mentor-focused design, clear objectives, supervision and well-documented setup. The EMCC also certified Mowgli Mentoring as a provider of high-quality and internationally recognised mentoring services.

Kathleen Bury, Mowgli CEO commented “Having our Mowgli Mentoring Programmes accredited at two levels enables us to better tailor our programmes to market needs and make effective mentoring more available and accessible, meeting people where they are at and guiding mentors and mentees on their mentoring development journey, enabling them to increase their effectiveness so that they can give and receive more from mentoring”

Bury added, “Being accredited for the second time reflects our commitment and hard work to the continuous process of development and improvement by understanding the market and participant needs, provide quality programmes and mentoring offerings which meet a variety of budget, resourcing and desired learning outcome levels and offer lasting mentoring experiences to entrepreneurs and leaders, truly enabling them to unlock their potential and drive social and economic change”

The Mowgli Mentoring Programme is an experiential and interactive programme where entrepreneurs and leaders are fully prepared for the engagement, are matched with trained mentors and are empowered to develop and nurture their mentoring relationships over a period of 6-12 months through a structured ongoing support process, before.
