Meryl Jacques

Meryl is a project manager at The Human Edge, where she coordinates and supports the delivery of mentoring programmes that foster leadership, learning and connection across regions and sectors. Her projects bring together emerging and established leaders, creating space for reflection, connection and learning across sectors.

She brings experience across Europe, Africa and the Middle East, with a background in social work and a Master’s in International Development. Before joining The Human Edge, she worked on refugee and community integration programmes in Morocco, Lebanon, Greece and the UK. She speaks English, French and Spanish, and enjoys working in cross-cultural settings that value care, curiosity and shared learning.

Meryl brings a steady, people-focused approach to her work—combining structure with adaptability, and always keeping relationships and quality at the centre of what she does.

When she’s not working, Meryl’s probably out hiking, surfing, dancing—or planning yet another adventure with friends, complete with a spreadsheet and emergency snacks.
