Suhana leads marketing and communications at The Human Edge with a mix of high energy, sharp thinking and a people-first lens. She’s behind the scenes shaping how we show up, crafting the brand, refining our voice and connecting the dots between our work and the people it’s designed for. Her work spans everything from product marketing and content strategy to CRM tweaks and campaign rollouts, always with an eye on clarity, consistency and real engagement.
She played a big part in our shift from Mowgli Mentoring to The Human Edge, laying the groundwork for a brand that feels true to who we are and making sure the transition landed across platforms, tools and teams. Since then, she’s launched some of our flagship content, including our LinkedIn newsletter and webinar series and helped shape how we communicate about our programmes across regions, from MENA to Sub-Saharan Africa to Europe. Her sweet spot? Blending storytelling and creativity with just the right amount of structure.
With 18+ years of experience across tech and social impact, Suhana has led marketing in start-ups, scale-ups and purpose-driven organisations across Europe and Asia. She holds an MSc in Business and works fluently in English and French—thriving in cross-cultural settings where nuance matters.
Her approach is clear-headed and human-centred. She believes good marketing isn’t about big claims, it’s about clarity, consistency and earning trust. She’s especially drawn to the kind of work that sits between strategy and storytelling, where words, systems and people all matter equally.
Outside of work, she’s usually cooking, crocheting, gardening, lifting something heavy (or trying) or deep in a book she may or may not finish.
