New Whys, a Saudi consultancy firm focused on innovation and entrepreneurship, has signed a partnership agreement with the internationally renowned Mowgli Mentoring organization to design, deliver and evaluate effective mentoring programs in the Saudi Market.
The primary objective of this partnership is to meet the increasing need for quality mentoring to better support entrepreneurs and leaders (including corporate, NPO, NGO and CSO leaders) within the ecosystem.
The partnership will seek to address the challenges faced in the market regarding the building and nurturing of powerful mentoring relationships, programs and cultures to strengthen the ecosystem. It will enable corporates and organizations, who believe in the significance and power of mentoring, to realize their strategic objectives through leadership development and/or corporate social responsibility initiatives.
For Kathleen Bury, CEO of Mowgli Mentoring “this partnership builds on the work we have delivered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 2015 and will expand our footprint in the Kingdom so that more entrepreneurs, leaders and organisations can experience and benefit from the value of mentoring, fulfilling our mission to make effective mentoring available and accessible to all, for economic progress and social change to be realised”.
Commenting on this partnership, Hani Thalji, managing partner of New Whys, stated that “out of our mission to build bridges towards the empowerment, enablement and execution of innovation and entrepreneurship in MENA, comes our partnership with Mowgli Mentoring to jointly execute their internationally recognized methodology and mentoring program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.” He added that “we highly value the program and the impact it has made across the world, and we would be proud to extend this impact across the Saudi market”
